On 4/16/26, Firefighter Carl "Levi" Evans suffered a medical emergency during a training exercise and passed away.
The Greeley County Fire & Rescue (Kansas) was conducting training exercises and while doing so, Volunteer Firefighter Carl "Levi" Evans suffered a medical emergency. Unfortunately, Firefighter Evans did not survive the medical emergency. No other details were available at the time of this posting.
Firefighter Evans' commitment, courage, and selflessness will never be forgotten. Our prayers and condolences for Evans' family both at home as well as with the Greeley County Fire & Rescue Department.
